Tensura Wordle tips

Tensura Wordle is easier than the mixed Anime Wordle mode because the series clue is already fixed, but that also means you need to get more value from visual traits and release-year differences. These tips help you read the franchise-specific board more efficiently.

Tensura mode draws on 5 characters and every one of them is listed for 2018, so the year tile is dead weight on this board and the solve has to come from visual clues and process of elimination.

The pool splits 1 male to 3 female, so a gender match usually removes about 3 of the 5 candidates in one go.

Red hair is the tightest visual filter here, belonging to only 1 of the 5, while blonde hair is the broadest group with 1.

On eyes, yellow is the rarest tag (1 character) and blue is the most common (2).

Milim Nava and Shuna agree on 4 of the five clue traits, and that pair is what decides most failed runs in this mode.

If you only memorise one character first, make it Rimuru Tempest — it carries the most distinctive clue profile in the Tensura pool.

1. Use visual contrast early

Because every answer already belongs to Tensura, the only contrast left is inside the pool: 5 characters, all listed for 2018, where red hair appears on only 1 of them, while blonde covers 1. Two openers that share a hair colour spend a turn without splitting the board.

2. Let year split smaller pools

Genre is fixed here, so year and eyes carry the load: yellow eyes are the rarest tag at 1, and blue the most common at 2. Bracket the era first, then let the remaining visual clue choose between the survivors.

3. Memorize a few anchor characters

A small group of recognizable anchors is enough to carry most solves. For Tensura, useful anchors include Benimaru, Milim Nava, Rimuru Tempest, Shion because they help you remember distinct clue combinations inside the current pool.
