Kakegurui Wordle tips

Kakegurui Wordle is easier than the mixed Anime Wordle mode because the series clue is already fixed, but that also means you need to get more value from visual traits and release-year differences. These tips help you read the franchise-specific board more efficiently.

Kakegurui mode draws on 4 characters and every one of them is listed for 2017, so the year tile is dead weight on this board and the solve has to come from visual clues and process of elimination.

The pool is entirely female, which means gender only becomes useful once you are down to your last guesses.

White hair is the tightest visual filter here, belonging to only 1 of the 4, while black hair is the broadest group with 2.

On eyes, red is the rarest tag (1 character) and blue is the most common (2).

Kirari Momobami and Mary Saotome agree on 4 of the five clue traits, and that pair is what decides most failed runs in this mode.

If you only memorise one character first, make it Kirari Momobami — it carries the most distinctive clue profile in the Kakegurui pool.

1. Use visual contrast early

Because every answer already belongs to Kakegurui, the only contrast left is inside the pool: 4 characters, all listed for 2017, where white hair appears on only 1 of them, while black covers 2. Two openers that share a hair colour spend a turn without splitting the board.

2. Let year split smaller pools

Genre is fixed here, so year and eyes carry the load: red eyes are the rarest tag at 1, and blue the most common at 2. Bracket the era first, then let the remaining visual clue choose between the survivors.

3. Memorize a few anchor characters

A small group of recognizable anchors is enough to carry most solves. For Kakegurui, useful anchors include Kirari Momobami, Mary Saotome, Sayaka Igarashi, Yumeko Jabami because they help you remember distinct clue combinations inside the current pool.
